Lee is an associate at Dillon with 16 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects across North America. Her most recent project responsibilities have included managing PLAAs on behalf of the ECWE Technical Advisor. Prior to this, she was the managing utility relocations, permits and agreements for the Hamilton LRT. Lee also managed the overall procurement for rail signaling design and development at Thales Canada, capital projects related to the Intermodal business unit at CN and a variety of large-scale water and wastewater projects as a Project Manager at the Regional Municipality of York.
