I have over 13 years’ experience in leading greenfield & brownfield projects of small (up to USD $0.5 million) to large sized projects (up to USD $30 million), comprising of Inter-Disciplinary teams of 5 - 30 people consisting of consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, in the Oil & Gas, Utilities, Nuclear, Construction, Fertilizer, Waste Water, Solar Power, & Textile Dyeing sectors. I have expertise in running a project through initiation, planning, execution, construction, control, commissioning & closure. I have knowledge in managing multiple projects with full accountability for all aspects including scope development, design, cost, schedule, procurement/contract negotiations, stakeholder engagement, risk analysis, regulatory compliance & contracts. I have expertise in managing and debottlenecking facilities and designing facility processes. I have expertise in designing plant process piping as per ASME B31.3 & pipelines as per CSA Z-662 and pump skid packages.
