Young Energy Leader and Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience, leading asset integrity and reliability programs for well known Oil and Gas owner-operator companies with innovative approaches. My mission is to develop, implement and sustain asset integrity programs which are fit-for-purpose for the operating company, by incorporating new technologies and engineering best practices, to optimize the operations reliability and reduce the associated integrity-related risks, as one of the most challenging aspects of the energy transition roadmap.
The opportunity of working for several owner-operator companies in four continents and more than ten countries - in onshore, offshore, and up-, mid-, and downstream operations - has given me deep insight of the Business and Operations Management Systems of major players such as ENI, ENOC, BP, Suncor, Shell, etc. in up- and mid-stream. The programs and projects that I had the opportunity to manage have been acknowledged by c-suite management to have significantly improved safety, reliability and cost-efficiency of operations. These programs and projects are complex in nature and entail many challenging aspects, ranging from generating complex reliability/integrity analysis models, big data collection/management, managing sophisticated computerized tools (CMMS; computerized maintenance management system), utilizing new technologies (digital twins, finite element tools, etc.) to collaboration with hands-on teams (construction, inspection, etc.) to implement and sustain the program requirements. One of my key achievements is incorporating innovative solutions and new technologies into the the body of integrity/reliability programs, to reduce the cost and optimize integrity risk management for operators.
