I am an Engineering Management leader who brings together a Six Sigma mindset and a distinctive ability to lead people and inspire them to be their best selves. Having opportunities to make a positive impact on people, products, and processes has always me energised for the next day. I have had a personal connection to diversity, inclusion and volunteerism from a young age. Seeing the world through the eyes of disadvantaged children and people via the Hope House or the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation still influences how I lead with empathy today.
